Event Reservations - A
50% deposit is required to reserve Edentide and its grounds for your event.
The deposit is due with a signed contract at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to event. Please be certain of your
dates when you reserve your event. Note: Edentide is
closed during the month of December.
Officiate
- A Notary to perform a ceremony can be provided. Arrangements may be
made with the officiate to assist with planning your service and vows, attend
your rehearsal or to simply officiate at the ceremony on the day of the
wedding. Your minister is also welcome to perform a ceremony.
Catering
- After you have booked your reservations, we can obtain pricing for catering
upon receipt of your fully planned menu, seating or service plan and
confirmation of the number of invited guests. Guests may be served banquet or
buffet style, at specialty food stations, by waiters with passed
trays or at a sit down meal. We can assist with your catering or
you may provide your own caterer. Self-catering is available for
wedding cakes only.
Planning
Services - We can discuss menu planning, decorating, food, cakes, tents,
tables, chairs, flowers, decor, photography, videography, makeup & hair,
music, performers, and to plan activities & rehearsal evening
festivities for your guests. You may want to include a river
cruise, fishing and golf outings as part of your celebration planning.
If you reside out of town, planning for a destination wedding or event will
insure that you have the best local services for the best available price.
The investment you make in your event planning and coordination will create
some budget savings and is well worth the modest cost invested. You will
be able to relax and enjoy everything when you have a professional planner
looking after the smallest detail before, during and after your event.
Room
Rentals - When celebrating an event at Edentide, we require a minimum
number of (2) night guest room rentals.
This provides some space and privacy for a bridal party the evening before the
ceremony, changing areas for bride, groom and their attendants and
additionally, gives guests access to restroom facilities while they are on the
grounds.
Smoking
- For the comfort of all our guests, Edentide is a non-smoking facility
restricted to the grounds only.
